Mr Gan Soon Shyang, a Chartered Accountant of Malaysia (MIA), also the member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and the associate member of Institute of Internal Auditor, Malaysia (AIIA), is the Managing Director cum trainer and consultant of the Company.
Mr. Gan has worked in public practice industry and commercial companies for more than ten years. With the experience and knowledge gained from his working experience, Mr. Gan is able to understand the different kind of business industry well and to problem the best solution for the business.
Besides, he also involve in giving training, lecturing and consultancy work to Nanjing University of Finance and Economics (NUFE), University of Putra Malaysia (UPM) and the commercial companies. Currently Mr. Gan, who is also the licensed tax agent for Goods and Services Tax (“GST”), has been conducting seminars and provide consultancy services to the commercial companies on GST matters. |

Ms. Low Van Yee, or to be called as Ally also the Director of the Company, is a software expert in accounting software, especially Sage UBS, SQL and Autocount. Besides, she is also a finance consultant licensed by Federation of Investment Malaysia. Throughout her 10-year experience in the training and consultancy for accounting software and investment, she will be able to advise the best accounting software for different business industry and to resolve the matters arise in the accounting software. |

Tan Boon Pin, an academician with his PhD in Behavioral Finance, has a hand-on and practical mind in respect of the economic condition. Mr. Tan has done a research with a topic named ‘Post Economic Crisis Scenario’ and ‘Behavioral Influence in Investing in Unit Trust in Malaysia’. With his skill, he will be able to deliver useful information in the lesson of Financial and Management. Mr. Tan is the most selective for the corporate world to assist them in designing their financial and risk management framework in current downturn situation. |
